First, i think i know who you are and you are right i should have copy/paste all the details...
Second, you are welcome in any time to visit "Private Local & Studio" and to write all the critics (in case there is some)
A high-tech equipped Private Local & Studio to assure the best performance for Professional bands.
All needed Instruments are found for use by Professionals (non-amateurs) all you need to bring is your personal instrument of choice and yourself.
A complete Celenit-Fibre sound proofing over 38.5 squared meter to provide the best isolated and filtered sound with a luxurious seats for guests.And with high equipments of Randall, Hartke, Pdp, Samson, Line6, Behringer, Yamaha technologies.
A unique isolated small room for acoustic recordings.
A unique waiting room with a 34 " plasma screen playing the coolest concerts ever, a Play Station 2 for entertainment a mini bar for Non-Alcoholic drinks (of course BEER is a must to serve)
A high-tech Studio room providing the very best of electric drums, decks, sound system , sound card, 42 channel mixer, condensed microphones and heads.
The Private Local & Studio is 50 meters far from the available parking so you don't have to worry about your car.
The Private Local & Studio Rules:
1)It is a Private Local with high-tech equipments so only professional bands (non-amateurs, non-new students, non-trials) can subscribe.
2)The Month period is from 1 to 1 and NOT 4 weeks.
3)No smoking, drinking, eating except in the waiting room.
4)Private plans reservations start on 25th of each month and ends on the 1st of the second.
And Finally,
5) For Play Station 2 lovers you are required to bring your own Joy Pad.
The Private Local & Studio offers:(until 25th April 2009)
1) Private Plan:
Each session is 1 hour 50 minutes long.
60$ per month gives you 4 sessions reserved for the whole month.
The sessions allowed are 2 midweeks and 2 weekends.
P.S:You can subscribe to more than 1 plan.
Friday is considered as Midweek.
2)Session Plan:
The session is 1hour 50 minutes long.
25,000 L.L each Midweek session.
30,000 L.L each Week-end session.
P.S: The Session plan can be chosen directly if available.
The Private plan subscribers are allowed in anytime to
choose any extra Session plan.
3)Studio Plan:
Guitars, Bass, Keyboards, Drums, Vocals
300$ / Track all durations
Other plans to be discussed personally.

As for details i prefer that you see what you need yourself but as for drums i have a full drum set PDP with 4 stands: right, 2 crashes and high hat as for recordings Electric drums Yamaha DXTpress4 with 2 more condensed heads for any extra crash
